1. Take a photo of the unsatisfactory area and email it to the concierge ([email protected]) with a brief description.

2. In the email, share with the concierge day(s) and time(s) that it would work for our cleaner to return.

3. The concierge will confirm your appointment day/time and clarify any questions.
