Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I HIGHLY recommend TidyTask! Being new here and used to having my house cleaned weekly for years, I tried a different professional cleaning company last week. That first cleaning person left a lot undone despite being here for 5.5 hours, and it cost me over $300. For today’s visit with TidyTask, I included washing all the windows, cleaning the blinds, and wiping all the baseboards. It looks spectacular! These add-ons make the house spotless, so I will add them every 2 months going forward. In the meantime, next week with TidyTask’s routine cleaning is $100 cheaper. They also arranged items WAY better than I could. The house looks immaculate. Great job!!! I’m scheduling them weekly now.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Elisha was absolutely fantastic!

She arrived right on time, which I really appreciate, and from the moment she walked through the door she was friendly, kind, and genuinely pleasant to be around. She had a wonderful attitude, a warm smile, and immediately made me feel comfortable.

It’s always nice to welcome someone kind into your home, especially when the house isn’t at its best. What impressed me even more was the quality of her work. The job she completed was truly outstanding, and the results exceeded my expectations.

Elisha combined professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude from start to finish. I would happily request her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.

Thank you, Elisha, for all of your hard work!

Verified Timothy was excellent. He asked questions to ensure he knew what we wanted to be cleaned (since it was specific areas in the house, not the whole house). He was careful in his work and tackled the problem areas (i.e., stairs) successfully.

Verified Timothy was hard working and meticulous. He cleaned things beyond anything I could have done myself. He did a great job.
The company itself could use some work on their communication.

Verified We were really grateful for the service we received through Tidy Task. We had a miscommunication early on regarding the level of cleaning needed, but the manager was very communicative and made sure the job got done and provided a discount on the additional hours needed. Shelly, our cleaner, did a great job and came back the next day to finish when there were additional hours needed. Definitely would recommend.
