**Terms and Conditions – TidyTask “Super Bowl Sweep” Promotion**
**1. Eligibility:**
The TidyTask “Super Bowl Sweep” Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to customers who meet the following criteria:
– Customers must book a recurring cleaning service with TidyTask during the Denver Broncos’ regular football season, which runs from September 10, 2023, to January 7, 2024.
– Customers must actively opt-in to participate in the Promotion by including the phrase “Super Bowl Sweep” in the additional notes section at the time of booking the recurring service.
– Customers must maintain their recurring cleaning service with TidyTask for the entire duration of the Denver Broncos’ regular football season.
**2. Promotion Period:**
The Promotion begins on September 10, 2023, and ends on January 7, 2024. Bookings made outside this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
**3. Complimentary Cleaning Reward:**
In the event that the Denver Broncos emerge as Super Bowl champions, eligible TidyTask customers who meet all the aforementioned criteria will be entitled to a complimentary full-scale cleaning of their homes. The free cleaning reward holds no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. The reward will be provided as a recurring service between 9/10/23-12/31/23 and will include a thorough cleaning of the customer’s residence.
**4. Opting Out:**
Customers who have opted in for the Promotion during the booking of the recurring service but wish to opt out at any point during the Promotion period may do so by notifying TidyTask in writing via email at [email protected] or by phone at (303) 500-7748.
**5. Exclusions:**
The complimentary cleaning reward is applicable only to the standard cleaning services offered by TidyTask. It does not include any additional services, add-ons, or specialized cleaning requests. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
**6. Right to Amend or Cancel:**
TidyTask reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be communicated via the TidyTask website and any other relevant communication channels.
**7. Disqualification:**
TidyTask reserves the right to disqualify any customer who does not comply with these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior in connection with the Promotion.
**8. Release of Liability:**
By participating in the Promotion, customers release TidyTask and its affiliates, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the complimentary cleaning reward or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and from any Promotion-related activity.
**9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
